M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa per la ristrutturazione dell'appartamento di mia figlia eseguita da FACILE RiSTRUTTURARE di C/so FRANCIA 133 TORINO,nello specifico Geom. Buffo e la sua squadra.La ristrutturazione prevedeva la rimozione totale e la posa del nuovo pavimento,predisposizione dell'impianto climatizazione,demolizione scaffalatura in cartongesso e nuova rasatura pronta per la decorazione,eliminare piastrelle parete cucina e nuova rasatura liscia,ampliamento e nuovo guadretto generale impianto elettrico,nuovo impianto idraulico cucina.Alla fine dei lavori l'appartamento è stato consegnato con il pavimento in due camere con una pendenza più di 1centimetro, battiscopa posato in maniera grossolana,tutta la pavimentazione e stata lasciata molto sporca (È dovuta intervenire un'impresa di pulizie con un costo aggiuntivo di €400) le rasature molto ondulate e grezze.La conclusione molto negativa è che il rapporto qualità prezzo è che il prezzo elevato,la qualità non esiste.Affidatevi a degli artigiani professionisti ma mai a FACILE RISTRUTTURARE. Il progetto è opera dell'architetto Laura Santangelo che ha saputo sposare eleganza e funzionalità degli ambienti creando un appartamento molto confortevole. Ha seguito sempre con puntualità e professionalità tutti i lavori avendo cura dei dettagli. Ha ancora eseguito dei sopralluoghi di controllo a distanza dal temine dei lavori.
