Fino a che non ci sono intoppi, nessun problema... Appena si presenta un problema da risolvere si volatilizzano.... PESSIMI STAY AWAY !!!! M	Mario Selle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OTTIMO SERVIZIO CHIAVI IN MANO!! Ho affidato la ristrutturazione di casa mia a Facile Ristrutturare e posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatto! Già dal primo sopralluogo l'Ing. Elisa Gazzadri si è dimostrata in perfetta sintonia coi miei gusti e quelli di mia moglie. Una settimana dopo ci ha presentato preventivo e progetto: il primo in linea col budget, il secondo decisamente sopra le nostre aspettative!! Non abbiamo esitato nemmeno un attimo, abbiamo subito firmato il contratto. Elisa ci ha accompagnati "mano nella mano" nell'immenso mondo delle finiture: pavimenti, rivestimenti, sanitari, rubinetterie, carte da parati, arredi...senza di lei ci saremmo sicuramente persi! Una volta consegnata la pratica in comune sono partiti i lavori e l'Ing. Gazzadri è stata sempre molto presente per seguire al meglio il cantiere, tenerci aggiornati e risolvere ogni problema ancora prima che si verificasse! In 5 mesi di lavori è filato sempre tutto liscio: merito anche della squadra di operai, precisi e puntuali, che ha portato a termine i lavori nei tempi stabiliti! Once the common file was delivered, the work started and Eng. Gazzadri has always been very present to better follow the construction site, keep us updated and solve any problem even before it occurs! In 5 months of work everything went smoothly: also thanks to the team of workers, precise and punctual, who completed the work on time! If I went back I would do everything exactly the same way!

La mia è stata un'ottima esperienza, con Antonella siamo subito entrate in sintonia, ci ha aiutati moltissimo in tutto il mondo della ristrutturazione! Gli operai sono stati pulitissimi, veloci e super disponibili, e la gestione tramite Facile Ristrutturare ci ha aiutato e non poco. Mi sento di consigliarli ad occhi chiusi, per chi ha poco tempo a disposizione da dedicare alla ristrutturazione, o per chi comunque vuole una soluzione chiavi in mano, sono la scelta perfetta! Ho chiamato due settimane fa per un preventivo di lavori da fare su una casa in fase di trattativa d'acquisto, dopo qualche giorno e tre tentativi falliti riesco a parlare con un operatore di facile ristrutturare. Mi dicono di inviare planimetria (fatto dopo 5 minuti) e di attendere qualche giorno per essere ricontattato da un tecnico per fare un progetto di massima con relativo preventivo. Passa una settimana... Giovedì 22/04 richiamo (ovviamente fino ad allora nessuna chiamata o feedback) rispiego tutto, mi dicono di aspettare ancora un giorno, che avrebbero sollecitato il tecnico ed eventualmente richiamare in caso di mancata chiamata. Ne sono passati due... Stamattina richiamo, al terzo tentativo rispondono, rispiego tutto (evidentemente non tengono neanche traccia delle chiamate ricevute... ) e l'operatore mi risponde che visto che la casa non è ancora di proprietà avrei dovuto chiamare Facile progettare e non Facile ristrutturare... direi Facile rivolgersi ad altri... Aggiornamento: due giorni fa sono stato contattato dal tecnico, una ragazza estremamente gentile e competente. Ora aspetto il preventivo e spero di ricredermi definitivamente su puntualità e precisione del servizio... Bad! Now I wait for the quote and I hope to change my mind definitively on punctuality and precision of the service ...

Rispettati i tempi sia di consegna che di lavorazione. Ottimi sia i materiali impiegati che le squadre che li hanno posati. Lavori seguiti dalla progettista Ing. I primi problemi ci sono stati già ad inizio cantiere. Lavori fatti senza cura, non rispondono e non hanno nessuna cura del cliente, i lavori hanno subito molti ritardi. Per alcune cose che sono rimaste da terminare non riesco più a contattare nessuno e sono passati due mesi dalla chiusura del cantiere.
