Aspettiamo con ansia di vedere i lavori finiti, anche se non abbiamo alcun dubbio sul risultato finale!! Emettono proforma senza il consenso del cliente, in base a preventivi di storno mai confermati, da mesi sto chiedendo quando hanno intenzione di finire i lavori e uscire finalmente dalla nostra vita, e non ottengo risposta né dallo store manager, né dall'assistenza clienti. Per non parlare dei lavori in casa che sono stati eseguiti in maniera approssimativa, addirittura sbagliando 3 volte le misure di un banale box doccia. Numero di telefono completamente inutile, dal momento che l'assistenza clienti della sede non risponde MAI Alcuni dei materiali ordinati erano addirittura diversi da quelli scelti in showroom!!! Le premesse sembravano buone, poi una volta iniziati i lavori, la delusione totale. Architetto disattenta, misure prese approssimativamente, richieste appuntate su foglietti volanti e quindi perse, dimenticate, 2 mesi per la consegna delle pitture che hanno determinato ritardi nei lavori e cantiere totalmente fermo per settimane, Ho dovuto chiamare personalmente Sikkens. Adesso ritardi nella consegna di porte e finestre e ho dovuto chiamare sempre personalmente Bertolotto e Nurith. Scaricano le colpe dei ritardi sui fornitori, dicendo che mancano le materie prime, ma in realtà sono loro a non essere precisi negli ordini. Pitture ordinate in quantità minori rispetto al necessario, piastrelle ordinate in quantità non sufficienti per entrambi i bagni, box doccia della misura più piccola rispetto al piatto doccia, parquet applicato malissimo, pieno di avvallamenti e cunette. Per non parlare dell'arroganza e della sufficienza con cui rispondono. Pensano che cancellare i commenti negativi sui social basti a salvaguardare la loro reputazione, ma è la professionalità quella che ripaga, non qualche commento su Facebook. Questa qualità non appartiene assolutamente a Facile Ristrutturare. Spero che questo incubo finisca quanto prima e che escano da casa nostra e dalle nostre vite. Now there are delays in the delivery of doors and windows and I always had to personally call Bertolotto and Nurith. They blame the delays on suppliers, saying that raw materials are lacking, but in reality it is they who are not accurate in their orders. Paintings ordered in smaller quantities than necessary, tiles ordered in insufficient quantities for both bathrooms, shower cubicles smaller than the shower tray, poorly applied parquet, full of hollows and bumps. Not to mention the arrogance and sufficiency with which they respond. They think that deleting negative comments on social media is enough to safeguard their reputation, but it is professionalism that pays off, not a few comments on Facebook. This quality absolutely does not belong to Easy Restructuring. I hope this nightmare ends as soon as possible and that they leave our house and our lives.
