Facileristrutturare mi ha messo in contatto con il tecnico di riferimento per la zona di Rimini, l'arch. Bugli, che sin da subito si è dimostrato molto disponibile e competente, assistendomi nelle scelte da effettuare riguardo il tipo di ristrutturazione e delle finiture, nonché nella risoluzione degli imprevisti che normalmente sorgono nel corso delle ristrutturazioni. Svolte le formalità amministrative necessarie in questi casi, il lavori sono proceduti secondo il cronoprogramma stabilito con l'architetto ed il risultato finale è risultato essere più che soddisfacente. Consigliato sia per la qualità delle opere realizzate sia per la gestione delle ristrutturazioni, che potrebbe altrimenti diventare molto pesante.
