Il risultato è stato più che soddisfacente; bravissimo l'Architetto che ha studiato gli spazi per ricavare una cabina armadio e un ripostiglio. Ora la casa e’ molto più funzionale. Ho trovato molta disponibilità e competenza anche per la scelta di ogni cosa, dalla mattonella del bagno ai consigli per l'arredo. Sicuramente un’esperienza da ripetere. I chose Facile Restructure for home improvement work where I live. The result was more than satisfactory; the Architect who studied the spaces to obtain a walk-in closet and a storage room was very good. Now the house and 'much more functional. I found a lot of availability and competence also for the choice of everything, from the bathroom tile to the furnishing advice. Definitely an experience to be repeated.

Abbiamo comprato la nostra casa ma aveva bisogno di un vero e proprio restyle! Abbiamo chiesto diversi preventivi e alla fine abbiamo scelto di far fare i lavori a Facile Ristrutturare. Non siamo stati attratti solo dal prezzo, ma soprattutto dal progetto e dalla cura nella stesura del preventivo che ci ha fatto capire tutti i lavori di cui la nostra casa aveva bisogno. "l'ingegnera" che ci ha seguito, ci ha accompagnato nella scelta dei materiali, nella progettazione degli spazi e ha seguito con molta cura il cantiere! le ditte che lavorano ad Ancona sono molto precise e preparate, possiamo dirlo perché le abbiamo incontrate durante i sopralluoghi in cantiere con il tecnico. Abbiamo dato fiducia a questa nuova realtà e non ce ne siamo di certo pentiti. Qualità, affidabilità e preparazione...alla faccia dei capelli bianchi! Un appartamento di circa 80 metri quadri da ristrutturare completamente da rifare tutti gli impianti elettrici idraulici e riscaldamento praticamente infissi insomma di tutto di più. Ebbene abbiamo ormai iniziato i lavori avendo un’assistenza magnifica precisione svizzera direi. Libertà di scegliere il materiale anche se hanno delle aziende che collaborano. Ho potuto notare che hanno scelto i migliori artigiani della nostra zona (Ancona). Sicuramente a lavori terminati sarà mia premura postare le foto e sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti un voto cinque stelle sembra una insufficienza meriterebbero un 10 con lode. Preventivo consegnato presso il loro ufficio dopo altri 3 giorni e lavori iniziati entro altri 15 giorni. Ritengo siano tutti ragazzi molto validi (dalle squadre ai tecnici), professionali ed umani. Hanno un servizio amministrativo molto efficiente che in poco tempo ti manda tutti i documenti fiscali ed amministrativi per email con notevole risparmio di tempo e preoccupazioni. Mi sono sentito assistito ed accompagnato in una bella avventura. Grazie soprattutto a Lorenzo che alla fine mi ha fatto anche un presente molto gradito. Continuate così vi consiglierò sicuramente a famigliari e colleghi. I must say that I am satisfied because from the first contact to the inspection, only 2 days have passed. Estimate delivered to their office after another 3 days and work started within another 15 days. I think they are all very good guys (from teams to technicians), professional and human. They have a very efficient administrative service that quickly sends you all the tax and administrative documents by email with considerable time and worry savings. I felt assisted and accompanied in a beautiful adventure. Thanks especially to Lorenzo who in the end also gave me a very welcome present. Keep it up and I'll definitely recommend it to family and colleagues.

Ho più volte contattato l’assistenza …. ma senza alcuna soluzione pratica . Non la consiglio Unfortunately, badly executed works, especially a construction manager who is not worthy of the name. I have repeatedly contacted the assistance .... but without any practical solution. I don't recommend it
