Quello che traspare alla fine però è semplicemente l'amore per il lavoro che fa e la voglia di lasciare contento un cliente. La signora molto cordiale e sorridente ha fornito diverse indicazioni alle mie domande anche se non ci siamo addentrati nei tecnicismi. Spero di tornare a trovarvi al più presto per procedere all'acquisto . I visited the dealership in via Montepellegrino to see the new V85TT. although I have not yet scheduled the purchase date. There were 4 of them on display. The very friendly and smiling lady provided several indications to my questions even if we did not go into technicalities. I hope to return to visit you as soon as possible to proceed with the purchase.

La signora è stata disponibilissima e cortese, il signore (il proprietario credo) decisamente tutto il contrario. Mentre la signora mi spiegava alcune cose riguardo l'assicurazione, lui l'ha "mandata" a servire un altro cliente per poi liquidarmi con un "non ti conviene" senza darmi spiegazioni. Successivamente la signora mi stava porgendo il preventivo che mi aveva stampato e lui ha esordito con "non gli interessa"... Be l'ho preso solo per educazione nei confronti di lei e della sua disponibilità, ma dopo un trattamento così... non sono interessato nemmeno a guardare l'insegna. Forse se fossi stato lì per comprare una moto nuova da lui, mi avrebbe riservato un altro comportamento, chissà! When you don't know what courtesy is to a potential customer ... Well I took it only for education towards her and her availability, but after such a treatment ... I'm not even interested in looking at the sign. Maybe if I had been there to buy a new bike from him, he would have reserved me another behavior, who knows!
