★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo la disponibilita' del personale,ma voglio sconsigliare l'acquisto della stufa a pellet da incastro Morettidesign A/C ,non tanto per la stufa in se' che funziona, ma e' sprovvista di un programmatore sulla stessa e bisogna acquistare il radiocomando 2ways del costo di 150 euro. Un vero " catorcio" ,in 4 anni ho dovuto cambiarne ben 3 e preciso che in casa siamo due adulti che hanno molta cura delle cose. Mi meraviglio che non esistano dei programmatori universali e che non si faccia presente alla ditta produttrice di modificare il comando.
 I confirm the availability of the staff, but I want to advise against the purchase of the Morettidesign A / C interlocking pellet stove, not so much for the stove itself that works, but does not have a programmer on it and you have to buy the 2ways radio control costing 150 euros. A real "junk", in 4 years I had to change 3 and I specify that at home we are two adults who take great care of things. I am amazed that there are no universal programmers and that the manufacturer is not informed to modify the command.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenzionati ad acquistare un camino a pellet, abbiamo fatto fare il preventivo qui e in un'altro negozio di stufe. Risultato: stesso identico modello della extraflame, da Facchi costava ben 700€ in più. Inutile precisare che l abbiamo acquistato altrove. Preciso che l'installazione è stata la stessa proposta da facchi con canna fumaria nuova e i 10 sacchi di pellet in omaggio. Facchi veramente poco onesto nei prezzi. Consiglio a tutti di fare più preventivi
Intending to buy a pellet fireplace, we had a quote made here and in another stove shop. Result: the exact same model of the extraflame, at Facchi it cost 700 € more. Needless to say, we bought it elsewhere. I specify that the installation was the same proposed by facchi with a new flue and the 10 free bags of pellets. Do very little honest in the prices. I recommend everyone to make more estimates
