Nessuna tempistica è stata rispettata ed abbiamo ricevuto solo risposte arroganti. Non amano il lavoro che fanno ne manifestano passione e empatia verso il cliente. Sconsiglio. Invece per l’arredo di tutti e due bagni roba pagata come buona ma paragonabile a quella di obi ecc che premetto ho un bagno in una casa al mare da una decina d’anni e mai avuto problemi. Tornando agli arredi dei bagni in quello che usa mio figlio dopo un anno e mezzo le maniglie del mobile del lavandino che sono cromate hanno iniziato a gonfiare la cromatura e quelle me le hanno cambiate poi lo specchio ha iniziato a fare delle macchie attorno e qui mi hanno detto in poche parole che non erano in garanzia. Nel secondo bagno cioè quello che usiamo io e mia moglie, lo specchio fa uguale a l’altro poi la luce dello specchio dopo un anno ha smesso di funzionare e loro me l’anno sostituita con una diversa perché mi è stato detto che come quella che avevo io non la facevano più, il mobile del lavandino il legno in una parte inizia a sfogliarsi la vernice ma è come che il legno si sfaldi. Poi per ultimo il coperchio del vater di mio figlio inizia a muoversi( che quello ci può stare) chiamo l’ idraulico e mi ha risposto che non si riesce più a stringere quindi mi tocca cambiare tutta la cerniera. Io ho vissuto in un’altra casa per 22 anni il bagno non ha avuto mai un problema l’arredo era ancora come nuovo. Sconsiglio perché roba secondo me non di qualità come pagata e loro poco disponibili. I bagni sono stati fatti nel 2017 Four years ago bought everything for two bathrooms as for the tiles all ok. Going back to the bathroom furnishings in the one my son uses after a year and a half the sink cabinet handles that are chrome started to swell the chrome and they changed them then the mirror started to make stains around and here I they said in a nutshell that they were not under warranty. In the second bathroom, that is the one that my wife and I use, the mirror is the same as the other then the mirror light stopped working after a year and they replaced me with a different one because I was told that like that that I had no longer made it, the sink cabinet the wood in one part begins to peel off the paint but it is like the wood is flaking. Then lastly the lid of my son's vater starts to move (that there can be) I call the plumber and he replied that it is no longer possible to tighten so I have to change the whole hinge. I lived in another house for 22 years, the bathroom never had a problem, the furniture was still as good as new. I do not recommend because in my opinion stuff not of quality as paid and they are not very available. The baths were done in 2017
D	Desire Cavina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo trovati bene. Abbiamo aspettato 6 mesi per avere un pavimento che non è mai arrivato. Ci avevano annullato l'ordine senza dirci nulla per aspettare direttive dal fornitore, siamo venuti a saperlo dal posatore(non da loro). Quando ci sono stati dei problemi nessuno ci ha mai chiamati per informarci ma siamo sempre stati noi a chiamare, finché abbiamo deciso di annullare completamente l'ordine dato che ci siamo sentiti presi solo in giro, perdendo tra l'altro dei mesi inutilmente. Ci è dispiaciuto molto perché è un negozio con dei bei prodotti ma non acquisterei più nulla data l'esperienza! Un consiglio, il cliente va sempre informato quando subentrano problematiche. We were not happy. We waited 6 months for a floor that never came. They had canceled the order without saying anything to wait for directives from the supplier, we learned about it from the installer (not from them). When there were problems no one ever called us to inform us but it was always us who called, until we decided to completely cancel the order as we felt cheated, losing months unnecessarily among other things. We were very sorry because it is a shop with nice products but I would not buy anything anymore given the experience! A tip, the customer should always be informed when problems arise.
