★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poi ci si chiede perché gli acquisti sul web sono preferiti a quelli presso i pubblici esercizi.
Quando il pubblico esercizio è gestito da personale (voglio sperare non si trattasse dei titolari) sgarbato e poco incline al rapporto col pubblico, la preferenza è ovvia e logica conseguenza.
Dopo aver acquistato un paio di scarpe da circa 200 euro scontate, mi sono sentito rifiutare un sacchetto di carta con maniglie perché con i saldi il produttore fornisce solo sacchetti di plastica (quello della foto) costringendomi al fastidioso rientro a casa col rischio che il sacchetto si rompesse. Il tutto sebbene alle spalle della commessa vi fossero in bella mostra le borse di carta richieste, con tanto di logo del punto vendita Fabio Gatto di Treviso.
Forse continuerò i miei acquisti presso i pubblici esercizi…..certamente non quelli di Fabio Gatto, sebbene ve ne sia uno dove abito.

 Then one wonders why purchases on the web are preferred to those in public establishments.
When the public establishment is managed by staff (I hope it was not the owners) rude and unwilling to relate to the public, the preference is obvious and logical consequence.
After buying a pair of shoes for about 200 euros discounted, I felt refused a paper bag with handles because with the sales the manufacturer only supplies plastic bags (the one in the photo) forcing me to return home annoying with the risk that the bag broke. All this although behind the order there were the requested paper bags on display, complete with the logo of the Fabio Gatto store in Treviso.
Maybe I will continue my purchases at public establishments… .. certainly not Fabio Gatto's, although there is one where I live.
WHAT AN ANNOYING DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!
