Experience to say the least bad. Broken dishwasher take the electronic board to repair it. After 3 weeks they come back. They say it's fixed. It is not so. They then take the dishwasher to take it to the laboratory but do not close the drain. I come home after 4 hours and the life saver has gone off, there is a smell of burning. After another 20 days they bring back the dishwasher. It seems to work. They say it just has to reprogram. They charge E 190 and leave, but an hour later the reprogramming is over as before. Bad experience. Called to fix a washing machine with a broken bearing. They ask for 300 euros without even inspecting it, they say that the shock absorbers are also broken and they push to buy it new on specific models and prices. (Without opening it!) They take 40 euros of right to call and go away. Washing machine then repaired by others with a changed bearing and fully functional shock absorbers, no reason to change them, at a fraction of the quoted price. Basically I paid 40 euros for a sales consultation, not a repair. Called later to report the incorrectness / supercifiality, they also answered very badly. [edit: insist that it is not written on your internal sheet, as it was our responsibility what your technician writes there. Evidently the 70-year-old lady who doesn't understand anything about washing machines has invented that there are shock absorbers inside, right? In fact, he confirms that your technician told him. Bad experience. My washing machine drum filled with water even when it was off, and the lid (top-loading washing machine) no longer held up when opened. Through the internet I had learned that it could be the solenoid valve, which can be solved by cleaning it or by simply stretching with your hands two small springs that are inside and that are used to push as many pistons. Well, the technician actually diagnosed the solenoid valve problem, I represented what I learned and replied that it had to be replaced. Regarding the lid, according to him, it had to be replaced together with the whole part in which it is anchored. Estimate "well over 200 euros". Not having accepted it, the call cost me 40 euros for 10 minutes of diagnosis. Then he added that I could buy a new washing machine from them. In conclusion, regarding the solenoid valve, I implemented what I learned from the internet (it took me 20 minutes to repair it). At a shop I bought the lid only for 61 euros. The washing machine works great. I am not a technician, but a simple retiree.

I refuse the repair, saying that at that price it is better for me to buy it new. The worker insists that if I do not immediately decide yes and I call them back, he will have to come back and I will have to pay the call again. Which I don't understand since he doesn't have the pieces with him and even if I decide to have it repaired it should still come back. In addition, I (which he does not know) have already disassembled the dishwasher a few days before his arrival, discovering that my model does not have a pressure switch. In short, in the end I send it away. € 40 call. I order a turbine on eBay. 14 € including shipping. Mounted. Working dishwasher. Obviously without pressure switch. 136 € of labor for a 20-minute job done by me and therefore by a technician I think much less seem excessive to me. Without considering the other € 40 call. The only positive thing is the diagnosis of the technician. Not serious assistance. Very little serious. Stay away if you don't want to waste money and time. In response to assistance since the following cannot be answered: - the technician called it a liter-counter turbine, in reality it would be called airbreak. - the piece is original with serial number. It is identical to the replaced one. The maximum price of the piece found on the net is 22 €. I think that if someone sells it at that price and earns it, the cost you incur will be about half if not less. - is the pressure switch there? Strange because your technician said it is integrated into the airbreak. I didn't see it dismounting, but I'm not a technician so obviously I could be wrong. On the internet it is written that some models, including myself, do not have it apart. The fact is that with € 14 it works. - I am not the only one able to disassemble an appliance, I obviously did not know the problem otherwise I would have avoided disturbing you and throwing away the first € 40. I called for assistance because I thought you were qualified and above all honest people, but obviously I was wrong. Insisting on deciding at that moment otherwise you would have charged me twice for the call is certainly not a clear and limpid attitude. Or it was an unfortunate case, you will surely be very good and prepared, I only tell what happened. Definitely next time I will not turn to you, do not worry, so we avoid inconveniences.
