G	Giuseppe GUIDA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina avevamo appuntamento per toiletteria al nostro cane....giunti in negozio abbiamo avuto subito una cattiva impressione, il ragazzo che si è presentato a noi, è stato scortese, arrogante e presuntuoso in quanto ci ha praticamente liquidati in malo modo, non effettuando nulla al cane e insistendo che si dovesse ritornare a fine mese poiché, a suo dire, il cane era troppo trascurato e che ci voleva troppo tempo per lavarlo e pettinarlo. Vogliamo ancora puntualizzare che se uno porta il cane a lavare e pettinare significa che l’animale ne ha il bisogno e quindi è normale che possa avere un aspetto con pelo incolto ma questo non significa che sia trascurato. Sarebbe trascurato se il cane non fosse mai stato lavato, pettinato e/o mai portato al trattamento. Noi il nostro cane lo abbiamo sempre curato in casa poiché di piccola taglia ora però era il momento di una sfoltita ed eliminazione di nodini al pelo. Premettiamo che era già stato annullato un primo appuntamento (causa COVID) e che era stato fissato per oggi. Non riusciamo davvero a capire questo comportamento, dovrebbe essere il loro mestiere, dovrebbero accogliere gli animali e curarli ma soprattutto dovrebbero essere ben organizzati e non incasinarsi il negozio con tanto lavoro e trattare male padrone e cane. Non ritorneremo mai più preferendo così la concorrenza, la quale ci ha accolto educatamente e risolto il nostro problema. This morning we had an appointment for the toilet to our dog .... when we arrived in the shop we had a bad impression immediately, the boy who introduced himself to us was rude, arrogant and presumptuous as he practically liquidated us in a bad way, not doing nothing to the dog and insisting that he return at the end of the month because, according to him, the dog was too neglected and that it took too long to wash and comb him. We still want to point out that if one takes the dog to wash and comb it means that the animal needs it and therefore it is normal for it to have an unkempt appearance but this does not mean that it is neglected. It would be neglected if the dog had never been washed, combed and / or taken for treatment. We have always taken care of our dog at home because of small size, but now it was time for a thinning and elimination of knots in the hair. Let's assume that a first appointment had already been canceled (due to COVID) and that it had been set for today. We can't really understand this behavior, it should be their job, they should welcome animals and take care of them but above all they should be well organized and not mess up the shop with so much work and treat the owner and dog badly. We will never return, preferring the competition, which welcomed us politely and solved our problem.

Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
