★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estetiste brave e professionali, vado per la cera e non ho mai livido dopo, cosa successomi da altre parti. Locale pulito, a norma(e lo dico per necessità che lo sia) strumenti professionali e prodotti sempre rinnovati anche nell'esposizione. Non ho altro da dire se non brave!
Good and professional beauticians, I go for the wax and I never bruise after, what happened to me elsewhere. Clean room, in accordance with (and I say this out of necessity) professional tools and products always renewed even in the exhibition. I have nothing more to say but good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per niente soddisfatta. Per non dire altro. Ho fatto gel semipermanente alle mani all incirca una settimana fa . Dopo 3 giorni gia 4 unghie erano rovinate.dopo quasi una settimana quasi tutte da rifare.mai successo e io ne frequento centri estetici. Allorche ho.chiamato esponendo il fatto e ho preso un appuntamento per rifarmele fare gratuitamente detto da loro. E bene a questo appuntamento sono andata insieme a mia figlia piccola alle 18.30 di sera col freddo prr trovare chiuso per guasto . Non mi avevano nemmeno avvisata. Giustificandosi che non avevano segnato il.nome. Nonostante io avessi esplicitato nome e cognome prr l appuntamento. Niente scuse per il disguido.niente di niente. Dopo avergliene cantate 4 al telefono m hanno dato un appuntamento proprio ieri.. E gia oggi un unghia s e rovinata . Incredibile !!!! Di solito un semipermanente dura 2 settimana una settimana e mezzo toh .. Qui dopo 2 giorni e uno schifo. Beh a me non mi vedrete piu. E vi faro anche cattiva pubblicita se mi capita ! Imparate a lavorare che ne avete di strada da fare ! E soprattutto non siete seri. Uno si aspetta uno scusa come minimo invece.nulla come se fosse normale !!!!p.s ah e in piu tutte e due le.volte m hanno fatto aspettare 10 ..15 min buoni nonostante l appuntamento. E per cosa ? Per uno schifo !!!! E un trattamento altrettanto!!!!!!
Not satisfied at all. To say the least. I made semi-permanent gel on my hands about a week ago. After 3 days already 4 nails were ruined. After almost a week almost all to be redone. Never happened and I attend beauty centers. When I called to explain the fact and I made an appointment to let them do it for free, told by them. And well to this appointment I went with my young daughter at 18.30 in the evening with the cold prr to be closed due to failure. They hadn't even warned me. Justifying that they had not marked the name. Despite the fact that I had made full name before the appointment. No apologies for the misunderstanding. Nothing at all. After having sung 4 of them on the phone, they gave me an appointment just yesterday .. And already today a nail is ruined. Incredible !!!! Usually a semi-permanent lasts 2 weeks a week and a half toh .. Here after 2 days and sucks. Well you won't see me anymore. And I'll also make you bad publicity if it happens to me! Learn to work you have a way to go! And above all you are not serious. One expects an excuse as a minimum instead.nothing as if it were normal !!!! p.s ah and in addition both le.volte m made wait 10 ..15 min good despite the appointment. For what ? For a crap !!!! And an equally treatment !!!!!!
