Dimenticavo, gli avevo chiesto anche quale bracciale che era esposto fosse oro 18carati e la sua risposta senza neanche spostarsi dal bancone è stata : lo vede dal prezzo!!! Con questo ho detto tutto. Vorrei rispondere al proprietario, non vedo xchè devo scrivere un email al trove, quando il problema è nel suo staff, anzi i ragazzi che c'erano prima erano fantastici!!! Il problema è solo in quella commessa!! Comunque sé è il proprietario , cerchi di essere più presente, così può vedere con i suoi occhi dov'è il problema invece (di ulteriori indagini).
