★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata in ufficio da loro 3 mesi fa circa x preventivo. La signora mi dice che fa passare suo fratello. Dopo alcuni gg , mi dice che deve fare un appuntamento e io sono vicina se poteva passare,ma avevo una visita,quindi la signora mi saluta,dicendo che riprovava. Passati altri 2 mesi di silenzio,chiamo stamattina,e mi dice che aveva il foglietto x le mani,chiede al fratello di passare alle 14.30,e io acconsento. Alle 15.15 non vedo nessuno,chiamo,e maleducatamente mi risponde il fratello,dicendo che ha avuto delle persone fino ad ora,e quando tento di dirgli,che magari una telefonata era gradita,non mi ha lasciato finire,con MALEDUCAZIONE mi ha assalito e buttato giù il telefono. Beh sono fortunata a non averlo avuto come fornitore,se l'approccio è questo,evidentemente è importante solo il loro tempo,quello degl'altri x lui è irrilevante, complimenti!
 I went to their office about 3 months ago for a quote. The lady tells me she is letting her brother through. After a few days, she tells me she has to make an appointment and I'm close if she could come, but I had a visit, so the lady greets me, saying she would try again. After another 2 months of silence, I call this morning, and he tells me that he had the paper in his hands, asks his brother to come by at 2.30 pm, and I agree. At 15.15 I do not see anyone, I call, and rudely answers my brother, saying that he has had people up to now, and when I try to tell him, that maybe a phone call was welcome, he did not let me finish, with MALEDUCATION he attacked me and knocked off the phone. Well I'm lucky not to have had him as a supplier, if this is the approach, obviously only their time is important, that of the others for him is irrelevant, congratulations!
