Si presenta con un banco frigo ben rifornito di carne scelta accuratamente, tagliata sapientemente e diversi preparati come polpette davvero ottime, polli arrosti cotti nel loro forno, il Bardiccio di loro produzione...
Il personale è molto cordiale e predisposto ad elargire consigli sulla preparazione delle carni.
