Abbiamo acquistato numerosi occhiali e prendiamo sempre le lenti a contatto su misura fatte da loro. La qualità in tutti i prodotti è impeccabile e sono più che disposti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi problema o riparazione necessaria. I membri dello staff sono impeccabili, professionali, simpatici e perfettamente accomodanti. Sono sempre disposti a rispondere a domande e dubbi e dare ottimi consigli sugli acquisti. Se mai dovessi avere un problema aggiornerò la recensione ma da almeno 4-5 anni ad oggi non ho avuto niente di cui lamentarmi con loro. The Frascati eyewear factory is the trusted point for me and my family for everything related to optics. We have purchased numerous glasses and always get custom made contact lenses made by them. The quality in all products is flawless and they are more than willing to help with any problems or repairs needed. The staff members are impeccable, professional, personable and perfectly accommodating. They are always willing to answer questions and concerns and give excellent buying advice. If I ever have a problem I will update the review but for at least 4-5 years I have had nothing to complain to them about.

Fabbrica occhiali è la mia salvezza! L’ultimo paio di Ray Ban che ho comprato mi è costato molto meno dei precedenti e ci ho fatto montare anche le lenti anti UV per l’uso prolungato del PC. Personale attento e cordiale, ogni volta che vado mi ricontrollano la vista e mi seguono con attenzione e cura. Nel mio caso sono stati anche rapidissimi, occhiali ordinati in mattinata e ritirati il giorno successivo in serata. Top! Highly recommended, unfortunately for 20 years I am forced to wear glasses and unfortunately I change them often because I am super careless and I lose them. Eyewear factory is my salvation! The last pair of Ray Bans I bought cost me a lot less than the previous ones and I also had anti-UV lenses mounted for prolonged use of the PC. Sono stati molto gentili, mi è stata sostituita la montatura con una più adatta a me senza spendere un euro. Direi che hanno riacquistato un cliente. Non cancello la precedente recensione, che metto tra virgolette, primo perché rimediare ad un errore è forse ancora più meritevole che non commetterne e secondo perché altrimenti non avrebbe senso la cortese risposta. "Ho comprato un paio di occhiali a fine giugno, ad inizio agosto, dopo poco più di un mese, l'interno delle stanghette era ridotto così. Mi sono rivolto al negozio e quello che hanno saputo dirmi è che avrebbero applicato una pellicola di plastica. Peccato! Hanno perso un cliente." In questo abbastanza ruspanti.
