Qui si riesce sempre a trovare sempre un capo d'abbigliamento per sentirsi semplicemente se stesse, belle così come si è! Always fantastic. Clothes for all women who in common shops feel either too fat or too thin, or too high or too low. Here you always manage to always find a piece of clothing to simply feel yourself, beautiful as you are!
C	Clizia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che i capi sono belli e originali, ma la mia è stata un'esperienza NEGATIVA. Dopo un po' di tempo, superato il rammarico, ho pensato di lasciare una recensione. Mia madre - sapendo quanto seguissi questo negozio su FB non vivendo li - mi regalò dei capi dopo aver avuto la rassicurazione che avrei potuto cambiarli. Quando mi recai in negozio non avevano quasi nulla della mia taglia e molta poca scelta. La commessa fu un po' reticente e poco accomodante nonostante la mia ovvia difficoltà data dalla mancanza di scelta. Mi venne detto che si poteva fare un buono ma non per tutta la merce, quindi mi ripresi uno degli abiti di cui non ero molto convinta (non ancora usato infatti). I restanti 130€ vennero commutati in un buono senza menzionare la scadenza ma solo il veto di usarlo durante i periodi di saldo. Fatto sta che da li a poco è scoppiata la pandemia e quando qualche mese dopo (mesi di delirio) ho chiamato per sapere come fare col mio buono, mi è stato detto che era scaduto! Sul buono non vi è riportata alcuna data di scadenza o altro, e dato il periodo MOLTO inusuale avrei gradito non perdere nel nulla questi soldi. Mi dispiace ma non farò mai più acquisti presso di loro. I state that the garments are beautiful and original, but mine was a NEGATIVE experience. After some time, after the regret was over, I thought I'd leave a review. My mother - knowing how much I followed this shop on FB not living there - gave me some clothes after having had the reassurance that I could change them. When I went to the store they had almost nothing of my size and very little choice. The saleswoman was a bit reticent and not very accommodating despite my obvious difficulty given by the lack of choice. I was told that a coupon could be made but not for all the merchandise, so I took back one of the clothes I was not very convinced of (not yet used in fact). The remaining 130 € was exchanged for a voucher without mentioning the expiration but only the veto to use it during the sale periods. The fact is that shortly thereafter the pandemic broke out and when a few months later (months of delirium) I called to find out how to do with my voucher, I was told that it had expired! There is no expiration date or other on the voucher, and given the VERY unusual period I would have liked not to lose this money at all. I'm sorry but I will never shop with them again.

Poi, senza proporre soluzioni degne di questo nome, ritengono che sia una buona idea inviare un prodotto non definito (nemmeno di propria produzione) come scuse. Evidentemente il mondo dell'on line non fa per tutti. All good as long as there are no problems. L'attività sartoriale all'interno è di vero pregio, le ragazze sono gentilissime e l'atmosfera è informale. Aggiornamento: sono sempre gentili e i loro articoli deliziosi.
