★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 21 aprile ho ricevuto il preventivo che avevo richiesto. Il giorno 26 ho chiamato per dare conferma e richiedere che un tecnico venisse a prendere le misure del gazebo da ricoprire. Oggi, non avendo ricevuto risposta, ho richiamato e ho chiesto di parlare con il titolare il quale, piuttosto scocciato dal tanto lavoro delle ultime settimane, mi ha detto che per il momento non può venire per le misure perché ha lavori ben più grossi di un gazebo 3x3. Poco professionale e inaffidabile.
On 21 April I received the quote I had requested. On the 26th I called to confirm and request that a technician come to take the measurements of the gazebo to be covered. Today, having not received an answer, I called back and asked to speak with the owner who, rather annoyed by the hard work of the last few weeks, told me that for the moment he cannot come for the measurements because he has much bigger jobs than a gazebo 3x3. Unprofessional and unreliable.
