★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 anni fa ho fatto installare un'automazione Faac per il mio garage da un elettricista ,ho iniziato ad avere un problema all'impianto e dopo vari interventi . non e' riuscito a risolvere il malfunzionamento .
allora ho eseguito una ricerca di un'altra societa' installatrice di impianti di automazione , ho trovato assistenza faac service ufficiale roma, e hanno risolto con un solo intervento il problema,quindi sono molto preparati ed hanno una conoscenza dei sistemi di automazione a 360 °.personale cortese e con esperienza nel settore.tra l'altro ho sottoscritto un contratto di assistenza molto vantaggioso.consiglio vivamente questa societa' .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un kit cancello genius tramite internet è un mese fa ho avuto dei problemi, ho contattato il CENTRO ASSISTENZA faac dove il proprietario mi ha detto che dato che ho acquistato tramite internet loro non mi potevano riparare il braccetto che dovevo rinviare il kit dove l ho acquistato (fatto e riparato), perché ha detto che sicuramente la colpa era di chi me la montato due anni fa?. Cmq senza parole dato che è un assistenza Faac. Alla fine il braccetto l ho inviato alla ATECNICA dove hanno provveduto e riparato il braccetto (cuscinetto). Farò anche una segnalazione alla FAAC.questo è il messaggio ricevuto dall'assistenza(Buongiorno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mio condominio è installato un vecchio impianto Faac, ma da qualche giorno non funzionavano le chiavi elettroniche! Il tecnico che è intervenuto non aveva il pezzo, ma mi aveva dato per certo il guasto del decoder. Lo smonto e lo porto in negozio e chiedo il pezzo nuovo. Dario prima di darmi il nuovo decoder mi ha proposto di provare al banco la scheda che gli ho portato e questa funzionava perfettamente. Quindi mi ha chiesto la chiave elettronica e li si è accorto che la codifica della chiave e la codifica impostata nel decoder erano diverse. Mi ha dato il codice corretto, l’ho impostato nel decoder è il cancello ha ripreso a funzionare. Il tutto non mi è costato niente. La scelta di un prodotto non è mai basata sull’assistenza, ma grazie a Dario e a questo gruppo di assistenza , posso dire Faac o qualunque marca supportino, tutta la vita perché Dario è stato fantastico.

He gave me the correct code, I set it in the decoder and the gate started working again. It all cost me nothing. The choice of a product is never based on assistance, but thanks to Dario and this service group, I can say Faac or whatever brand they support, all my life because Dario has been fantastic.
