★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretendono di far prenotare telefonicamente da quando c'è il covid ma non rispondono mai e poi hanno anche da dire quando di persona si fa presente l'accaduto. Sto chiamando dall'orario di apertura e già non risponde mai nessuno. È bello lavorare così. Voglio anch'io un posto nel patronato.
 They pretend to be booked by phone since the covid is there but they never answer and then they also have to say when the incident is reported in person. I've been calling since opening hours and no one ever answers. It's nice to work like this. I want a place in the patronage too.
