La professionalita ', la competenza nel disbrigare le varie pratiche e anche la comunicazione diretta che l'ente ha permesso tramite i vari servizi virtuali al cittadino, ( messaggi whatsapp) penso che sul nostro territorio risultino essere preziosi .
Per me , impeccabili sotto tutti gli aspetti .

For years now I have been using the F.N.A FOURTH PATRONAGE, and what can I say?
The professionalism, the competence in dealing with the various practices and also the direct communication that the institution has allowed through the various virtual services to the citizen, (whatsapp messages) I think that on our territory they turn out to be precious.
For me, flawless in all respects.
I highly recommend this patronage to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che io non abbia ricevuto nulla, da due anni, per un errore all'interno della pratica. Mi sono dovuto recare più e più volte all'INPS e gli unici risultati ricevuti sono dovuti alla Mia insistenza, non devo ringraziare assolutamente nessuno di nulla, degli arretrati neanche l'ombra. Tra l'altro mi arriva un messaggio dove mi chiede di doverla ringraziare, le ricordo che fa parte del suo lavoro,non ho ricevuto alcuna cortesia. Il lavoro è stato svolto male, ad oggi non ho preso nulla e anzi non ho potuto chiedere altro. Sono almeno 6 mesi che campo di stenti e mi chiede anche di ringraziarla, non le auguro di passare ciò che sto passando.Per educazione non vado oltre. Durante tutta questa pandemia ho ricevuto 100€ di buono spesa, che sicuramente non mi ha dato lei. Quindi mi faccia la cortesia di evitare di aggiungere altro. P.s. magari non chieda a chi lavora a nero di percepire il reddito di cittadinanza,non è il caso. Tra l'altro vedo che viola la privacy dicendo che ho preso un bel po' di " soldini " ( cosa falsa, ad oggi,da due anni, ho ricevuto una mensilità, sempre perché ci ho buttato personalmente il sangue per un mio Diritto!) Attualmente c'è un altro Caf ed un avvocato che mi seguono, sicuramente sapranno chi dovrà ripagare i danni che ho subito.

I had to go to INPS over and over again and the only results received are due to My insistence, I must absolutely thank no one for anything, not even the shadow of the arrears. The work was done badly, to date I have not taken anything and indeed I have not been able to ask for anything else. For at least 6 months that field of hardship and she also asks me to thank her, I do not wish her to go through what I am going through. For education I do not go further. Throughout this pandemic, I received a € 100 shopping voucher, which she certainly did not give me. So please me to avoid adding anything else. P.s. maybe don't ask those who work illegally to receive citizenship income, this is not the case. Among other things, I see that it violates privacy by saying that I took a lot 'of "pennies" (which is false, to date, for two years, I have received a monthly payment, again because I personally threw the blood for my right! ) Currently there is another Caf and a lawyer who follow me, surely they will know who will have to repay the damages I have suffered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo patronato, affidabili e attenti, chiari nelle spiegazioni ed efficienti nella risoluzione dei problemi e soprattutto persone umane che prendono a cuore le situazioni e sanno aiutare davvero. Mi hanno aiutato in molte pratiche di vario tipo, sono ormai 2 anni che mi faccio seguire da loro e continuerò a farlo sempre anche se trasferendomi abito più lontana mi rivolgo sempre a loro perché tanta efficienza, serietà ed umanità non l avevo mai trovata. Li ringrazio sempre per il loro aiuto e la loro bravura. Li consiglio vivamente.
Excellent patronage, reliable and attentive, clear in explanations and efficient in solving problems and above all human people who take situations to heart and know how to really help. They have helped me in many practices of various types, I have been followed by them for 2 years now and I will continue to do so even if moving away from my home I always turn to them because I had never found such efficiency, seriousness and humanity. I always thank them for their help and their skill. I highly recommend them.
