They made me lose two half days of work without getting anything done. Unmotivated, unfriendly and opinionated staff. Long waiting queues, little competence in the matter. I finally got it all sorted out with another CAF in a couple of hours.

Io e mia sorella abbiamo provato soltanto a chiedere delle informazioni e siamo state trattate con arroganza, insolenza e saccenteria (tra l’altro senza aver avuto modo di spiegare a pieno il problema). Ci è bastato per capire che dovevamo andare altrove.
