Cercate altrove, vi garantisco che c'è chi ha voglia di lavorare e lo fa con professionalità e cortesia che di questi tempi non è davvero poco.
Unprofessional and "zero" courtesy ..... only this can be said of those who deny themselves on the phone or do not respond to repeated messages and requests to be contacted ......
Look elsewhere, I guarantee you that there are those who want to work and do it with professionalism and courtesy which these days is not really cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale POCO professionale e qualificato.. intervento eseguito più di un mese fa',ad oggi dopo variati solleciti e loro promesse, siamo ancora in attesa di ricevere la ricevuta del pagamento effettuato e il documento di collaudo. NON consigliato e sicuramente ci rivolgeremo ad altri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho riscontrato un problema nell'unità esterna. Appena installato Tutto bene, poi l'unità esterna diventa a tratti rumorosa. Tutto registrato. Da macchina silenziosa a macchina che durante il funzionamento fa rumore... spero solo che la notte non si lamenti nessuno. Proverò a risolvere con l'assistenza clienti della fujizu.
I have encountered a problem in the outdoor unit. Just installed Everything is fine, then the outdoor unit becomes noisy at times. All recorded. From silent machine to machine that makes noise during operation ... I just hope that no one complains at night. I will try to resolve with fujizu customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto impegnato (potrebbe risultare difficile contattarlo) risponde facilmente alle telefonate in orari "extra-lavoro". Ha risolto problemi di taratura caldaia che altri, "tecnici" ben più blasonati , non hanno saputo nemmeno affrontare.
As busy as he is (it may be difficult to contact him) he easily answers phone calls during "extra-work" hours. It has solved boiler calibration problems that other, much more famous "technicians" have not even been able to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carpi 09/08/2021 - doveva insospettirmi il fatto che in un periodo di caldo atroce dopo averlo chiamato oggi lunedi' mattina gia' dopo pranzo si e' presentato con tutta l'attrezzatura per ricaricare il mio condizionatore Fujitsu, risultato: mezzora di lavoro su un condizionatore pratico da manutenere essendo a terra su un balcone, pagati 280.00€, a suo dire giustificati per l'aumentato costo del gas refrigerante che, dopo una rapida ricerca sul web, pare costi meno di 50.00€ al kg. Ne ha messo 900 grammi...
Capisco le altre recensioni critiche a cui avrei douto prestare piu' attenzione.
