★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato questa mattina per un problema ad un portone d'ingresso di loro produzione anche se di qualche anno fa'...ho trovato l'addetta alla reception molto scortese....mi ha liquidato dicendomi che non hanno personale per l'assistenza....e neanche il ricambio adatto...mi sono rivolto ad una ditta concorrente...mi hanno gia' risolto il problema con disponibilita' e gentilezza.
I was this morning due to a problem with an entrance door of their production even if a few years ago ... I found the receptionist very rude .... she dismissed me telling me that they have no staff for the assistance ... and not even the right spare part ... I turned to a competing company ... they have already solved the problem with availability and kindness.
