E poi perché non avevo la scatolina della collana dietro con me mi sono venuti a dire che è falsa, ma come si fa a dire che è falsa perché non ho la scatolina con me. Non è proprio affidabile.
They have had my swarovski necklace to repair it for 2 weeks and after 2 weeks they call me and come to tell me for bureaucratic problems they cannot bring it to fix. And then because I didn't have the necklace box behind me, they came to say that it is false, but how can you say that it is false because I do not have the box with me. It's not really reliable.
