Non sono riuscito ad ottenere la detrazione perche il negoziante non mi ha detto che dovevo obbligatoriamente pagare con bonifico e non con assegno.
E' vero che dovevo saperlo ma una ditta che si reputa professionale deve guidare il cliente anche nell'aspetto assistenza (in questo caso si doveva limitare solo a dire che l'assegno non andava bene e serviva il bonifico ) e non solo pensare all'incasso.
I purchased a fireplace stove years ago. A 55% deduction was foreseen for the purchase of the product, confirmed by the shopkeeper.
I was unable to obtain the deduction because the shopkeeper did not tell me that I had to pay by bank transfer and not by check.
It is true that I had to know it but a company that considers itself professional must guide the customer also in the assistance aspect (in this case it had to be limited only to saying that the check was not good and the bank transfer was needed) and not just thinking about recessed.
