★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fialmente salame stagionato e salato al punto giusto ("dolce"), profumato, con la "goccia". Ne ho comperato mezzo, sotto vuoto, nell'insuperabile macelleria Canetti di Strada Elevata. Confezione comodissima per non tenere troppo a lungo in frigorifero un salame perfetto.
Fiali salami seasoned and salted to the right point ("sweet"), perfumed, with the "drop". I bought half, vacuum-packed, in the unsurpassed Canetti butcher's shop in Strada Elevata. Convenient packaging to avoid keeping a perfect salami in the refrigerator for too long.
