La proprietaria è stata super cordiale nel consigliarci i migliori prodotti e nel spiegarci anche alcune lavorazioni delle materie prime utilizzate. Inoltre , sempre la proprietaria, ci ha fatto assaggiare i formaggi prima di acquistarli. I prodotti che abbiamo acquistato sono spettacolari, dal gusto unico!!!!! We went to this place to buy local products before returning to Puglia. The owner was super friendly in recommending the best products and also explaining some processing of the raw materials used. Furthermore, the owner always made us taste the cheeses before buying them. The products we purchased are spectacular, with a unique taste !!!!!

Una nota più che positiva va anche al confezionamento che preparano in modo accurato, non il solito sottovuoto che si trova da tutte le parti. Non parliamo poi dei salumi e di uno spaccio dove trovi di tutto sempre delle nostre terre..
