Non contento mi ci sono fatto mettere dentro pure un pò di pecorino bello stagionato (erano le 11 e avevo fatto poca colazione). La carne era bella succosa, non troppo cotta, e la cotenna bella croccante. Ho preso pure un pezzo di focaccia con i ciccioli che era un esplosione indescrivibile nel palato. Undoubtedly one of the best porchetta sandwiches I've ever eaten. Not happy with it, I also had some nice aged pecorino put in it (it was 11 am and I had little breakfast). The meat was nice juicy, not overcooked, and the rind nice crisp. I also took a piece of focaccia with cracklings which was an indescribable explosion in the palate.

I proprietari sono sempre cortesissimi ed offrono Prodotti freschissimi e di ottima qualità ... Inutile dire che il mio chiodo fisso è il panino con la porchetta, meno speziata della "nostrana" di Ariccia, ma davvero ottima. Consigliatissimo anche tutto il resto, soprattutto i formaggi. Qualità-prezzo dei panini davvero buona. For years a point of reference for my family's travels on the legendary Via Salaria. Among the kiosks in the area, it is my favorite. The owners are always very courteous and offer the freshest and highest quality products ... Needless to say, my obsession is the porchetta sandwich, less spicy than the "nostrana" of Ariccia, but really excellent. Everything else is highly recommended, especially the cheeses. Really good quality-price of sandwiches.

Possibilità di mangiare sul luogo per via dei tavolini, possibilità di portare via, proprietari molto cordiali, presenti da anni sul mercato, fanno produzione propria degli alimenti. Nonostante il navigatore, il nostro autista e amico ingegnere, Dario per la cronaca, si è perso...sulla strada, ma poi siamo arrivati a Terme di Cotilia, dove abbiamo trovato un bel chiosco in legno stile ' rifugio di montagna" dove i proprietari, simpaticissimi ragazzi, ci hanno preparato 3 buonissimi panini con la porchetta con l'aggiunta di alcuni pezzi di crosta della porchetta stessa. Che dire.....Eccellenti.....non asciutti....da mangiare tutto di un fiato. Alla Fine.......il collega ing. Dario per farsi perdonare di tutta la strada sbagliata fatta in più....e del tempo perso.......ci ha offerto i panini. Buoni anche i formaggi e i salumi, tra cui spicca la famosa culatta. Non solo quindi prodotti super ma prezzi super onesti. Hanno un po’ di tavolini fuori ma armatevi di pazienza per i soliti furbi che saltano la fila. Attenti quando parcheggiate e uscite dal parcheggio, ricordatevi che vi trovate pur sempre su una strada statale ad alto scorrimento. Altrimenti potete più tranquillamente parcheggiare dietro il locale. The best porchetta ever, the real 5 star porchetta sandwich.
