F	Francesco Bettini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato cliente per diversi mesi e devo dire che i meccanici dell' officina sono sempre riusciti, abbastanza velocemente, a risolvere i problemi delle mie due vetture (una OPEL ed una FIAT), a costi tuttosommato contenuti. direi onesti. Purtroppo recentemente ho avuto una brutta esperienza: sono andato con la mia FIAT, causa un problema al motore, per un controllo ed un preventivo; mi è stato detto di lasciare giù la macchina una giornata e successivamente sono stato contattato dove mi è stato spiegato che il problema era una sonda da 50€ da sostituire, ho chiaramente accettato il preventivo telefonico ma, una volta fatto il lavoro mi è stato detto che la macchina non era ancora ok e che per verificare avrebbero voluto tenerla un altro giorno. Poi sono stato ricontattato e mi è stato detto che il problema era il motore ingrippato. A quel punto davanti ad un preventivo di circa 2500€ ho valutato di non sistemarla. Morale della favola son dovuto andare a ritirarmi la macchina con il carro attrezzi, perché mi hanno smontato ed aperto il motore mettendolo poi nel baule, e per prendere la macchina ho dovuto pagare 300€ altrimenti, mi è stato detto, l auto da qui non si muove... GRAZIE STEFANO?????? Consiglio a tutti di farvi fare i preventivi via mail così almeno avrete una traccia di ciò che vi dicono e non sarete obbligati, come nel mio caso, a buttar via innutilmente dei soldi per pagare verifiche che voi non avete chiesto di fare. I have been a customer for several months and I must say that the mechanics of the workshop have always managed, quite quickly, to solve the problems of my two cars (one OPEL and one FIAT), at very low costs. I would say honest. Unfortunately I recently had a bad experience: I went with my FIAT, due to an engine problem, for a check and a quote; I was told to leave the car down for a day and then I was contacted where it was explained that the problem was a 50 € probe to be replaced, I clearly accepted the telephone quote but, once the work was done I was told that the car was still not ok and that to verify they wanted to keep it another day. Then I was contacted and told that the problem was the jammed engine. At that point, in front of an estimate of about € 2500 I decided not to fix it. Moral of the story I had to go and collect the car with the tow truck, because they disassembled and opened the engine and then put it in the trunk, and to get the car I had to pay 300 € otherwise, I was told, the car from here will not moves ... THANKS STEFANO?????? I recommend everyone to get you quotes via email so at least you will have a trace of what they tell you and you will not be forced, as in my case, to throw away money unnecessarily to pay checks that you have not asked to do.

All'appuntamento ho visto una bellissima concessionaria, pulita ed ordinata, il Sig. Simone un venditore molto competente e preparato, ha saputo essere esaustivo a tutte le mie domande. Ottima l'autovettura, e anche il servizio di consegna, affidato al Sig. Nicola (mi sembra), è stato di tutto riguardo. Molto preparato su tutto, con grande pazienza si è prodigato nello spiegarmi bene tutte le funzioni dell'auto, veramente gentilissimo. Mi sono trovato veramente bene su tutto. At the appointment I saw a beautiful dealership, clean and tidy, Mr. Simone a very competent and prepared salesman, he was able to be exhaustive to all my questions. Excellent car, and also the delivery service, entrusted to Mr. Nicola (it seems to me), was very respectable.
