Dopo un mese mi sento dire che avevano perso il mio ordine e che l avrebbero cercato e mi avrebbero richiamato. Sto ancora aspettando e ovviamente sono in ritardo col lavoro che dovevo fare. Mi rivolgerò altrove ma non è così che si lavora. Vergognatevi! Bad. I strongly advise against it. After placing an order and calling several times for news, I am not called back. After a month I am told that they had lost my order and that they would look for it and call me back. I'm still waiting and obviously I'm late with the job I had to do. I will turn elsewhere but that's not how you work. Shame on you!

Abbiamo fatto una richiesta di una lampada da soffitto molto particolare e Gianmaria con pazienza e nei tempi richiesti ha risposto appieno alla nostra richiesta. Il risultato e' stato davvero molto bello, curato e originale. Lo consiglio vivamente Great job Gianmaria very helpful and courteous. Bisogna rincorrerli al telefono ogni giorno altrimenti si dimenticano, ti portano all esasperazione più totale.... La prima settimana il prezzo faceva tot, la settimana dopo non si ricordava neanche chi ero tra un po....rifacciamo nuovamente il preventivo ed il prezzo incomprensibilmente raddoppia....eh va bhe non dico nulla ed accetto, basta che facciano i lavori.... Il giorno prima dell inizio dei lavori gli ho chiesto di farmi sapere a che ora sarebbero arrivati (visto che ho deciso di stare a casa dal lavoro per aiutarli) ovviamente non mi fan sapere nulla....come sempre... non si sa se vengono oppure no....incertezza piu totale. Prendo il telefono chiamo un altra falegnameria della mia zona in tempo zero risolvono il problema risparmiando il 50%.....Mi sono affidato a loro perché me li aveva consigliati un amico....mai più! Altamente sconsigliati Horrible experience .... The worst of the worst .... after two weeks of wasting time and money I had to rely on others ..... Provo da una parte ma non mi va bene... vado alle 14.15 da Domenico Chiapella.... 14.45.... stufa comprata.. 15.00.... CARicata e me la piazzano! GRAZIE!!! CONSIGLIATO PER ESPERIENZA PROFESSIONALITA' DISPONIBILITA' !!!! Problem ... pellet stove that leaves me after 15 years ..... Where am I going ??? I try on one side but I don't like it ... I go at 14.15 to Domenico Chiapella's .... 14.45 .... stove bought .. 15.00 .... LOADED and they place it for me! THANK YOU!!! RECOMMENDED FOR EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONALISM AVAILABILITY !!!!
