Chiamo per un pezzo di ricambio in tanto di valore 200€ mi risponde un ragazzo dell'ufficio e mi passa ufficio ricambi, chiedo educatamente per i pezzi neanche ho finito le mie parole mi CHIUDONO IL TELEFONO IN FACCIA, richiamo pensando di avere perso la linea e mi chiudono in faccia di nuovo...io non rischio a capire come mai la gente cose cattiva a maleducata, ma perché avete sentito l'accento straniero ? IN TANTO AVETE PERSO QUASI 200€ + UNA QUERELA.

I call for a spare part worth 200 € in time, a guy from the office answers me and passes me the spare parts office, I politely ask for the parts I haven't even finished my words CLOSE THE PHONE IN MY FACE, I call back thinking I have lost the line and they shut me in the face again ... I don't risk understanding why people mean things bad to rude, but why did you hear the foreign accent? IN SO MUCH YOU HAVE LOST ALMOST € 200 + ONE CLAIM.
