★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ritrovo purtroppo a dover recensire negativamente F.B srl per il mancato servizio al cliente, che una ditta del genere dovrebbe immancabilmente premurarsi di garantire. Mia nonna, di anni 84, questa estate, precisamente nel mese di luglio, ha acquistato una stufa a pellet della Edilkamin, presso questa ditta. Ad oggi, mese di dicembre, si trova ancora a dover affrontare diverse problematiche inerenti al prodotto acquistato che, ahimè, non si è dimostrato funzionante sin dal primo utilizzo. Premettendo che non deve essere la ditta venditrice ad occuparsi degli ipotetici guasti dei prodotti, non c'è dubbio che debba però sincerarsi che il cliente sia soddisfatto e soprattutto che i tecnici incaricati di assisterlo in caso di necessità siano competenti. Nel momento in cui ciò venga a mancare la ditta è da considerarsi mancate di una qualità fondamentale: il servizio al cliente! Per quanto ben fornita di prodotti, se arriva a vendere un prodotto danneggiato non può delegare la risoluzione del problema ai soli tecnici, soprattutto se incapaci nel proprio lavoro. Nel momento in cui si fa un acquisto, si ripone la propria fiducia nel venditore, e, anche se il pagamento è già avvenuto, ci si aspetta che questi sia disponibile ad assicurarsi che il cliente sia soddisfatto. La mancata qualità del prodotto non ci ha resi soddisfatti, ma ancor di più il totale menefreghismo del venditore, che, in ogni caso, è colui che ci ha venduto tale prodotto e pertanto il primo che avrebbe dovuto risolvere l'inconveniente.

When this fails, the company is to be considered as lacking a fundamental quality: customer service! Although well stocked with products, if it sells a damaged product, it cannot delegate the resolution of the problem to technicians alone, especially if unable to do their job. When you make a purchase, you place your trust in the seller, and even if the payment has already been made, you are expected to be willing to make sure the customer is satisfied. The lack of quality of the product did not make us satisfied, but even more the total indifference of the seller, who, in any case, is the one who sold us this product and therefore the first who should have solved the problem.
