Ho una semplice classe A 200 premium mi hanno chiamato per un azione di richiamo che in mezza giornata hanno completato poi avvertivo dei rumorini strani alle sospensioni posteriori e con grande professionalità il Sig Michele dell'accettazione ha saputo, con non semplice facilità, trovare il difetto e annullare ogni difetto della mia auto. Spesso i clienti credeno di aver ragione e non pensano al lavoro dietro le quinte che svolgono questi Signori in concessionaria ma vi garantisco che sono armati di grande pazienza e tanta educazione. Mentre ritiravo la mia auto un signore anziano continuava ad insinuare cose senza alcun senso contro la concessionaria al tal punto che stavo intervenendo anch'io mentre il dipendente ascoltava senza rispondere per non alimentare l'ira del cliente non giustificata. Non è semplice ma vi posso assicurare che il servizio che offre F3 motors è unico a Reggio Calabria. Customers often believe they are right and do not think about the work behind the scenes that these gentlemen carry out in the dealership but I guarantee you that they are armed with great patience and a lot of education. While I was picking up my car, an elderly gentleman kept insinuating meaningless things against the dealership to such an extent that I was also intervening while the employee listened without answering to avoid fueling the customer's unjustified wrath. It's not easy but I can assure you that the service that F3 motors offers is unique in Reggio Calabria. Congratulations 11 and praise

Persone come il Signor Demetrio Messineo hanno requisiti ormai introvabili quali pazienza ed affidabilità. Lacune presenti in officina ne determinano lo scarso numero di personale preparato a dovere. Una delle più evidenti lacuna è la mancata compilazione della scheda vettura quando questa viene presa a carico in assistenza rilasciando una copia al cliente. E pensare che il sistema della scheda ha sempre contraddistinto l'assistenza MB da tutti gli altri marchi. Reliability and professionalism make it one of the very few companies in this sector from a commercial point of view. People like Mr. Demetrio Messineo have by now unavailable requisites such as patience and reliability. Gaps present in the workshop ne they determine the low number of staff prepared properly. One of the most obvious shortcomings is the failure to fill in the car card when it is taken into account in assistance by releasing a copy to the customer. And to think that the card system has always marked MB assistance from all other brands.
