L'impressione iniziale di competenza e gentilezza si è confermata durante tutto l'iter fino al giorno dell'atto. La mia pratica è stata seguita principalmente dalla Sign.ra Monica, che ho riscontrato essere molto preparata, attenta e gentile su tutte le questioni burocratiche. Aggiungo inoltre che tutte le persone con cui ho comunicato sono state sempre gentilissime e cortesi, e grazie alla proattivitá dello studio siamo riusciti a mantenere il giorno prefissato dell'atto. Per questo ringrazio anche il notaio De Pascale. Sicuramente, in futuro, farei la stessa scelta.
For the purchase of a house I have chosen the notary De Pascale to do two deeds: mortgage deed and deed of sale. The initial impression of competence and kindness was confirmed throughout the process until the day of the deed. My practice was mainly followed by Sign.ra Monica, who I found to be very prepared, attentive and kind on all bureaucratic issues. I would also add that all the people I communicated with were always very kind and courteous, and thanks to the proactivity of the study we were able to keep the day set for the act. For this I also thank the notary De Pascale. Surely, in the future, I would make the same choice.
