Ho acquistato il mio iPad per studiare all’università presso questo punto vendita e ho dovuto utilizzare la garanzia perché presentava un guasto (dopo circa un anno e mezzo). Una tragedia per me che lo uso per studiare. Tragedia nella tragedia: mi rendo conto che avevo perso lo scontrino… si sa, senza scontrino niente garanzia! E invece, ho incontrato degli angeli!! Il team si è subito messo al lavoro per trovarmi la fattura dell acquisto e il mio iPad è stato portato in riparazione. Ciliegina sulla torta: l’iPad mi è stato completamente sostituito. Non solo ho trovato tantissima umanità e voglia di aiutarmi, ma sono stati anche eccellenti e velocissimi nel fornirmi tutti i servizi e l’assistenza necessaria. Top Experience! I bought my iPad to study at university at this store and I had to use the warranty because it had a fault (after about a year and a half). A tragedy for me that I use it to study. Tragedy within tragedy: I realize that I had lost the receipt ... you know, without a receipt there is no guarantee! Instead, I met some angels !! The team immediately went to work finding my purchase invoice and my iPad was brought in for repair. The icing on the cake: the iPad has been completely replaced. Not only did I find a lot of humanity and a desire to help me, but they were also excellent and very fast in providing me with all the services and assistance I needed. Accolta da tutto lo staff con sorriso e gentilezza, sono stata servita da Michele che mi ha dato tutte le info necessarie sulle promo con professionalità e piena disponibilità. Successivamente servita da Monia, simpatica e tanto paziente, capace di orientarmi all'acquisto di un cellulare ( mi ha convinta lei) ? ma soprattutto disponibile all'assistenza nei giorni seguenti all'acquisto e non è da tutti! Che dire è un piacere acquistare da De Lorenzo Expert a San Pancrazio! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Great shopping experience! We bought some appliances and a cell phone. For my daughter, she initially didn't find what she was looking for but the boys worked hard to find a solution with us and in the end they managed to satisfy her.
