B	Bruno De Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica mattina sono andato a comprare un lavatrice, consegna prevista martedì, dopo una serie di inutili telefonate con attesa anche di oltre 20 minuti e visto l'impossibilità di parlare con il centralino, alle 17 mi sono recato presso il centro Expert di Pucciano, dopo aver parlato con il responsabile di vendita e dai controlli effettuati, è risultato che a me ed un'altra persona non risultava evaso l'ordine, ragion per cui non era stata fatta la consegna e tanto meno qualcuno si era accorto di ciò, morale della favola se non mi fossi recato di persona presso il negozio e nonostante avessi già pagato la lavatrice chissà quando avrebbero provveduto alla consegna. Non è possibile dare 0 stellette altrimenti l'avrei fatto, organizzazione zero, comunicazione zero, ed a pensare che si sarebbe potuto risolvere tutto in mattinata, basta programmare il centralino allo smistamento delle telefonate in entrata direttamente ai reparti richiesti tramite la digitazione sulla tastiera da 1 a 0 e voce guida. Pessimo esempio di funzionalità. La squadra mi ha montato una lavastoviglie SAMSUNG ma era difettata o è stata rotta durante il montaggio perché lo sportello era deformato. Me l'hanno sostituita con una nuova, ma (ops) SENZA etichetta con il numero di modello che a quanto pare è indispensabile per identificarla - io non lo sapevo e all'epoca non ho controllato. Ora che dopo meno di un anno si è rotta, nessuno me la ripara - né Expert né Samsung - nonostante sia ancora in garanzia e coperta anche dall'estensione di garanzia. Samsung cortesissimi, i "signori" di Expert fanno finta che io non esista. Diffidate Perfect as long as you have no problems. The team mounted a SAMSUNG dishwasher for me but it was defective or broke during assembly because the door was warped. They replaced it with a new one, but (oops) WITHOUT the model number label which apparently is essential to identify it - I didn't know that and didn't check it at the time. Now that after less than a year it is broken, no one fixes it for me - neither Expert nor Samsung - although it is still under warranty and also covered by the warranty extension. Samsung very courteous, the "gentlemen" of Expert pretend that I do not exist. Be wary

Siamo andati a prenderla, peccato che non ci avevano detto che avremmo dovuto acquistarla in bundle con un gioco indicato da loro, costo 60 euro in più. Ringrazio Claudio, il ragazzo che con tanta pazienza si è messo a costruirmi il bundle per l'acquisto e ringrazio la pacatezza e la gentilezza dei cassieri nel momento del pagamento.
