Ho comprato una lavatrice in orario di chiusura e mi hanno aiutato a caricarla in macchina. Nella zona di ponte felcino è l'unico negozio di elettrodomestici Not very well stocked, prices quite high compared to the competition. Overall shop tidy and very helpful and courteous. I bought a washing machine during closing time and they helped me load it into the car. In the Ponte Felcino area is the only appliance store

In data 09/09/2020 mi sono recata da Expert a Perugia ed ho acquistato un televisore di esposizione a 678€, mi è stato imballato non in mia presenza e il giorno successivo sono andata a ritirarlo, ho seguito tutte le indicazioni, lo abbiamo installato e il televisore presentava il monitor rotto, ho immediatamente contattato il negozio e il giorno successivo l'ho riportato. Sono stata trattata malissimo di fronte ai clienti e a testimoni, mi è stato detto che il problema non era loro tanto i soldi li avevano incassati. Dopo numerosi ticket e messaggi su messanger con voi, ai ticket non avete mai risposto, dopo 3 mesi vengo ricontatta dal negozio e mi viene detto che mi è stato inviato un nuovo televisore di un'altra marca e tra l'altro a prezzo nettamente inferiore io ho pagato la tv in promozione 679€ e veniva circa 900€, mi è stato offerto un televisore che vale 599€ nel vostro sito senza neanche promozioni. Se non sbaglio il codice del consumo dice che se l'articolo non può essere sostituito vanno restituiti i soldi. Ho un'attività commerciale e sò come funziona. Dopo 3 mesi pretendo una risposta immediata! Good evening, I've been writing for 3 months !!! On 09/09/2020 I went to Expert in Perugia and bought a display television for € 678, it was packed not in my presence and the next day I went to pick it up, I followed all the instructions, we installed it and the TV had a broken monitor, I immediately contacted the shop and brought it back the next day. I was treated very badly in front of customers and witnesses, I was told that the problem was not them so much the money they had collected. After numerous tickets and messages on messenger with you, you have never answered the tickets, after 3 months I am contacted by the shop and I am told that a new TV of another brand has been sent to me and among other things at a much lower price I paid € 679 for the promotional TV and it was about € 900, I was offered a TV that is worth € 599 on your site without even promotions. If I'm not mistaken, the consumer code says that if the item cannot be replaced, the money must be returned. I have a business and I know how it works. After 3 months I expect an immediate response!

In più anche la presenza di un negozio specifico per la casa da quel tocco in più. Very nice place, well stocked. A pleasure to visit shops full of technological equipment so well set up. Vista la convenienza decido di acquistare ma solo quando arrivo alla cassa scopro che potrò usufruire solo dello sconto rottamazione e non perché i due sconti non siano cumulabili ma perché, così mi è stato detto, " Il negozio non ha ricevuto il bonus del 20%". Ho acquistato comunque la tv ma sarebbe stata gradita più chiarezza sul l'esposizione dei prezzi.
