Essere aggrediti verbalmente, accusati di far perdere solo tempo, perché un ventilatore cinese pagato solo 5€ non consente al cliente di avere alcuna pretesa. Neanche che la confezione e tutti i pezzi siano integri, e che magari l'oggetto funzioni! È quanto può accaderti se decidi di buttare via 15€ e non 5€, lasciando il bene incautamente acquistato nelle mani di un esercente isterico, solo per la soddisfazione di non avere più nulla a che fare con lui!

After the affiliation to EXPERT things have improved a lot especially with regards to prices. The quality of the goods is not in question there are articles for all budgets.

I bought many things at the Expert store in Roseto, I have been a customer for years; The cell phone, the hairdryer, an electric heater for small rooms and a fantastic electric broom. They truly have it all and at any price range! All helpful and kind.
