n	nunzia dibenedetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza. 8 giorni acquistato una nuovo elettrodomestico che è palese che è difettato e si prendono tutto il tempo per non sostituirti l’articolo ma dicendo che devono verificare con il loro tecnico e nel frattempo ancora cercano di prendersi tempo e non mandano nessuno. Domani signora, oggi pomeriggio signora, dopodomani ecc ecc… Bad assistance. 8 days purchased a new appliance that is evidently defective and they take all the time not to replace the item but saying that they must check with their technician and in the meantime they still try to take their time and do not send anyone. Tomorrow lady, this afternoon lady, the day after tomorrow etc etc ...

Dei prodotti acquistati mi è rimasto ben poco, li ho sostituiti perché rotti (lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, macchina per caffè) Non ci torno. Lo sconsiglio. Very rude, they want to sell you the goods displayed and dated. A few years ago I opened a wedding list and they fed me bad products. I have very little left of the purchased products, I replaced them because they were broken (dishwasher, dryer, coffee machine) I'm not going back. I do not recommend it.

Piano interrato dedicato al settore ricambi, piani cottura e tanto altro. Personale attento e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Aperto la domenica in occasione del Natale. Piccolo parcheggio interno ma possibilità di parcheggio esterno. Very large and tidy shop on two levels. First level with a vast assortment of housewares, small and large appliances, telephones, computers and TVs. Basement dedicated to the spare parts sector, hobs and much more. Attentive staff ready to meet customer needs. Open on Sundays for Christmas. Small internal parking but possibility of external parking.

Al piano sottostante si trova magazzino ricambi elettrodomestici e laboratorio assistenza tecnica piccoli elettrodomestici. Personale qualificato che ti assistono e consigliano durante la vendita. Quindi consiglio di visitarlo e troverete ciò che vi serve

Ho acquistato una poltrona da game per un regalo natalizio,pagata il 19 dicembre,non la trovano in magazzino..mi dicono che me la consegnano loro il giorno dopo. Mi chiamano alle 12:45 circa che stavano venendo x portare la poltrona,dico che ero fuori per prendere i bimbi da scuola e molto scortesi mi invitano a prendermela da me in negozio. Vado a ritirarla io,ed era la sedia da esposizione già montata e usata in negozio da loro,mi lamento ma nessuno mi ascolta. Il giorno di Natale regalo questa poltrona e bellissima figura grazie a loro....le ruote vengono via in continuazione. Porto la sedia indietro,nn me lau cambiano,mi rispondono scortesi,tengono la sedia dicendo che cambieranno le ruote,me la ridanno dopo due giorni... Risultato? Le ruote vengono via ugualmente! Sconsiglio vivamente!! I do not recommend !! Rude and liars. I bought a game chair for a Christmas gift, paid for on December 19th, they can't find it in stock .. they tell me they deliver it to me the next day. They call me at about 12:45 am they were coming to bring the chair, I say I was out to pick up the kids from school and very rude they invite me to pick it up from me in the shop. I'm going to pick it up, and it was the exhibition chair already assembled and used in the shop by them, I complain but nobody listens to me. On Christmas day I give this armchair and beautiful figure thanks to them .... the wheels come off all the time. I take the chair back, they don't change me lau, they answer rude, they hold the chair saying they will change the wheels, they give it back to me after two days ... Result? The wheels come off anyway! I strongly advise against !!
