Minimizzano i problemi del tipo " non si preoccupi se i cellulari Huawei non hanno più i servizi Google, hanno app gallery che è la stessa cosa ". Cosa non vera, da app gallery non si può scaricare quasi nessuna app , chiamo per poter cambiare con un altro cellulare e mi rispondono che non è possibile . Che gente ! Chiudete fate meglio invece di truffare i clienti . If there were even zero stars. Staff very kind to conclude a sale but incompetent at best. They minimize problems like "don't worry if Huawei phones no longer have Google services, they have app gallery which is the same thing". What is not true, from app gallery you can not download almost no app, I call to be able to change with another mobile phone and they answer that it is not possible. What people! Shut down you do better instead of scamming customers.

Per il resto un negozio Expert con il vasto assortimento che questa catena offre. I needed a little repair and the attendant did everything competently and quickly. In seguito mi dice che era disponibile allora gli ho detto di mettermela da parte che sarei passato pomeriggio. Dopo aver preso 2 ore di permesso dal lavoro sono arrivato e una ragazza mi ha riferito che purtroppo quella stampante nn c'era aggiungendo che nn era mai arrivata. Ho ringraziato per il pomeriggio perso e sono andato via. Non si trattano così i clienti,mi dispiace! I called from a neighboring country for a printer I had seen on the flyer, the guy who answered me told me he was checking if it was available. Later he tells me he was available so I told him to put it aside that I would spend the afternoon. After taking 2 hours off from work I arrived and a girl told me that unfortunately that printer wasn't there, adding that it had never arrived. I thanked for the lost afternoon and left. You don't treat customers like that, sorry!

A distanza di 5 mesi il frigorifero ci ha dato problemi abbiamo chiamato il proprietario spiegandogli quanto successo, ma lui ci ha risposto che la garanzia per lui dopo 7 giorni dall'acquisto era finita e se volevano assistenza a spese nostre. Mi chiedo ma la garanzia a cosa serve e lui da imprenditore non poteva venire a vedere quello che ci stava succedendo? dovevamo March of this year we bought a refrigerator with a two-year warranty.
