Well-stocked shop, kind staff and very helpful also in the after-sales management. I had a great time and thanks to the help of the staff I could have more choice on the purchase of the product. Excellent I will gladly return.

Anche se c'era molta gente in negozio, ho atteso pazientemente che uno degli operatori si liberasse senza tentare di interrompere nessuno. La cosa è andata per le lunghe e il commesso che avevo individuato (era al bancone telefonia) ha concluso con i clienti precedenti alle 13 in punto. Mi sono avvicinato e, senza neanche lasciarmi parlare, mi ha detto "siamo chiusi, se vuole passi oggi pomeriggio". Ma da quando le persone presenti in negozio da prima dell'orario di chiusura vengo così malamente liquidate senza che si ascolti neanche la loro richiesta? Eppure aveva ben visto che ero lì in attesa da diversi minuti! Che dire? Assolutamente nulla: tutti questi negozi di elettronica &co sono bravi solo a lamentarsi della concorrenza dell'e-commerce, vendono un decimo se non un centesimo di quello che vendevano fino a qualche anno fa, rischiano di chiudere da un giorno all'altro e non hanno tempo e premura neanche per ascoltare educatamente i clienti! Morale della favola? Ho ordinato su Amazon ciò che mi interessava, martedì consegnano. Perché mai dovrei rientrare in un posto simile? I arrived today at 12.45, I needed to know the availability of a product. Even though there were a lot of people in the shop, I waited patiently for one of the operators to break free without trying to interrupt anyone. The thing went on for a long time and the clerk I had identified (he was at the telephone counter) concluded with the previous customers at 13 o'clock. I approached and, without even letting me speak, he said "we're closed, if you want to come by this afternoon". But since when are the people present in the shop before closing time so badly liquidated without even hearing their request? Yet he had well seen that I had been waiting there for several minutes! What to say? Absolutely nothing: all these electronics & co stores are only good at complaining about the e-commerce competition, they sell a tenth if not a cent of what they were selling until a few years ago, they risk closing overnight and not they don't even have time and care to listen politely to customers! Moral of the story? I ordered on Amazon what I was interested in, on Tuesday they deliver. Why should I go back to such a place?

Un negozio, per avere successo, non deve avere solo prodotti che soddisfano i gusti e le esigenze della clientela, ma, soprattutto, deve mostrare cordialità, gentilezza e cortesia da parte dei propri commessi. Credo proprio che non vi ritornerò a fare shopping Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, in particular a sales employee (surly and presumptuous), who, with a haughty and arrogant attitude, would seem to be responsible. To be successful, a shop must not only have products that satisfy the tastes and needs of customers, but, above all, it must show cordiality, kindness and courtesy on the part of its employees. I really don't think I will go shopping there again

Una stella in meno per due motivi: 1) riguardo alle offerte convenientissime pubblicizzate nei volantini, se vai all'inizio del periodo valido non sono ancora arrivati; se vai durante, sono già terminati. 2) essendo una catena, consiglio di rivedere gli orari di apertura (non dico orario continuato ma quella mezz'ora in più fa molto per chi lavora. Es. Chiusura ore 13,30 oppure Apertura ore 8,30) I bought several items, excellent quality / price. One star less for two reasons: 1) regarding the very convenient offers advertised in the flyers, if you go to the beginning of the valid period they have not yet arrived; if you go during, they are already finished. 2) being a chain, I recommend reviewing the opening hours (I don't mean open hours but that extra half hour does a lot for those who work. Ex. Closing at 13.30 or Opening at 8.30)
S	Sergio Andrisani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella ma se potevo avrei meso meno di 0 ho acquistato un telefonino a settembre in un mese e mezzo l'ho portato 3 volte in assistenza da loro chiedendo la sostituzione mi hanno detto che non è possibile il telefonino quando lo ritiro, dopo l'assistenza mi fa sempre lo stesso problema ma non è il primo accessorio che compro e non funziona tutta roba contraffatta non fidatevi roba scadentissima mai più comprero qualcosa da loro I put a star but if I could I would have meso less than 0 I bought a mobile phone in September in a month and a half I brought it to their assistance 3 times asking for a replacement they told me that the mobile phone is not possible when I pick it up, after the 'assistance always gives me the same problem but it's not the first accessory I buy and it doesn't work all fake stuff don't trust bad stuff never again I buy something from them
