Non conoscono minimamente i prodotti ho dovuto fare degli acquisti da sola perché mi davano caratteristiche di un prodotto che non esistevano. Per non parlare dell'area finanziamenti, la ragazza senza un minimo di educazione senza salutare, senza un sorriso, credo che un cliente debba essere coccolato e seguito.. Il personale è davvero competente, in particolare Salvatore Luguori, responsabile del reparto Tv che, grazie alla sua esperienza e grande preparazione ha saputo illustrarmi in maniera esaustiva tutte le caratteristiche dei tv presenti nello store, sciogliendo qualsiasi dubbio che avevo nella scelta. Il personale però mi è sembrato abbastanza cordiale, dovrebbero migliorare un pochino più la fase di accoglienza. Un cliente si deve sentire accolto ed importante a prescindere, non solo dopo che ha deciso di fare l'acquisto. Spero che un giorno lo capiranno! I was expecting something more in terms of assortment but they have a lot of off-market merchandise and sell cheap products that are very old anyway. The staff, however, seemed friendly enough, they should improve the reception phase a little more. Ho acquistato un tv Samsung Qled 65 pollici, venditori Salvatore Oliva e Salvatore Liguori i quali mi hanno aiutato nella mia scelta, facendomi abbinare un Sound bar Yamaha, per poi completare il tutto con le cuffie Jbl dal collega Giorgio. Inoltre al piano interrato ho acquistato 1 macchina del caffè e un ferro da stiro dalle venditrici Marcella e Giusy molto cordiali e premurose anche a fare i pacchi regali. Un ringraziamento infine alle cassiere Anna, Valentina e Nicla tutte molte gentili e pazienti con tutti i clienti.. Top 5 stelle. Highly qualified, kind and attentive to every purchase.
