Massimo ha creato esattamente il taglio che volevo ed era la prima volta che mi vedeva. Avevo bisogno di questo cambiamento, tanta cortesia e professionalità anche della collega. Mi sono sentita coccolata. Veramente, non ve ne pentirete!!
Fantastic!! I decided to try Exenza convinced by the location and the other reviews and I was not disappointed at all !! Massimo created exactly the cut I wanted and it was the first time he saw me. I needed this change, a lot of courtesy and professionalism also from my colleague. I felt pampered. Really, you won't regret it !!

Speravo in una fortuna,consapevole che è logico: un professionale non ha bisogno di rivendere i suoi servizi.Sono venuta dalla provincia di Rieti a posto per farmi la ricrescita,il parrucchiere appena ha visto i miei capelli ha criticato che sono con delle macchie,gli ho detto che purtroppo la volta precedente mi hanno sbagliato il colore ,gli ho chiesto di usare la tinta bionda come sono,mi ha risposto che con i miei capelli lavora solo con i decoloranti, ovviamente non sono stata d'accordo è perché ho fatto sempre e solo la tinta e non voglio rovinare i capelli,mi ha risposto che così non si fa e che posso chiedere il rimborso. Che gente incompetente.Ho sprecato i soldi di viaggio,delusione che ripercuote sullo stato d'animo e soprattutto ho sprecato il tempo che non lo si può rimborsare in nessun modo.
