Il personale di contatto tende a standardizzare il servizio, faticando quindi a gestire le eccezioni (se avete bisogno di far consegnare in un luogo diverso dal solito, non sempre l'interlocutore riesce ad esaudire la richiesta). Può essere un buon partner per articoli classici di media qualità.
 They produce safety footwear with an excellent quality / price ratio. Almost always available in stock. The contact staff tends to standardize the service, thus struggling to manage exceptions (if you need to have them delivered to a different place than usual, the interlocutor is not always able to fulfill the request). It can be a good partner for medium quality classic items.

La scarpa sembra di buona qualità, la commessa del suddetto negozio mi ha assicurato che il modello viene prodotto in Italia, ma l'azienda produttrice, a cui ho inviato una mail, mi ha risposto (in modo celere) che sono realizzate in Romania. L'etichetta sulla scarpa non è molto chiara, riporta la sede dell'azienda traendo in inganno sul luogo di produzione e sulla scatola non ho visto diciture in tal senso.
Purchased the Trasimeno model in a shop in the province of Brescia. The shoe seems to be of good quality, the saleswoman of the aforementioned shop assured me that the model is produced in Italy, but the manufacturing company, to which I sent an email, replied (quickly) that they are made in Romania. The label on the shoe is not very clear, it shows the company headquarters, misleading the place of production and on the box I have not seen any words to that effect.
