Brand new gym! Always clean and impeccable tools! Very convenient, both in terms of prices and opening hours (also open on Sundays). Attentive and prepared instructors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro sport center e soprattutto ho trovato la estrema bravura dell'istruttore Luigi bravo e molto molto preparato sa entrare in simbiosi con le esigenze di ogni singola persona e la segue come si deve sempre umile e disponibile pur essendo un grande professionista.magari ad averceli un po' di più in calabria di istruttori come lui.

Excellent sport center and above all I found the extreme skill of the instructor Luigi bravo and very very knowledgeable he knows how to enter into symbiosis with the needs of every single person and follows him as he should always be humble and available despite being a great professional. a little more in Calabria than instructors like him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visto diverse palestra nel soveratese, mi ha convinto l'Exclusive di Satriano. Dopo la prima seduta debbo ammettere che gentilezza, rispetto e professionalità sono il vero punto di forza che si evidenzia una volta iniziato il percorso di salute psico-fisica. Cinque stelle piene.
After seeing several gymnasiums in the Soveratese area, the Exclusive of Satriano convinced me. After the first session I must admit that kindness, respect and professionalism are the real strength that is highlighted once the psycho-physical health path has begun. Five full stars.

Ho Chiesto maggiori informazioni per il tesseramento (contatto telefonico) che il signore comincia a parlarmi con tono stizzito e di rimprovero, senza dare informazioni e spiegare con tono calmo. Risposta poco cortese perché il cliente può avere la necessità di capire e aver bisogno di chiarimenti. Non posso giustificare un certo genere di comportamento, Trattare malamente per una richiesta di informazioni.
Bad customer service.
I asked for more information for the membership (telephone contact) that the gentleman begins to talk to me in an angry and reproachful tone, without giving information and explaining in a calm tone. Unfriendly response because the customer may need to understand and need clarification. I can't justify some kind of behavior, Treat badly for a request for information.
