L'ultimo progetto è del 2017 e prevede edilizia a destinazione residenziale, commerciale e direzionale, oltre a circa 12000 mq di verde pubblico. Dopo un recente accordo tra Eur Spa e l'Istituto per il Credito Sportivo che prevede la riqualificazione di infrastrutture e aree destinate ad uso sportivo, "sembra" che verranno realizzate anche aree appositamente attrezzate.
The structure was demolished in 2008 and since then the enhancement of the area is expected. The latest project dates back to 2017 and includes residential, commercial and office buildings, as well as approximately 12,000 square meters of public green. After a recent agreement between Eur Spa and the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo which provides for the requalification of infrastructures and areas intended for sports use, it "seems" that specially equipped areas will also be built.
