★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un complesso edilizio in Contrada Ogliaro Agro, nel cuore delle Alte Madonie, con vista sulla vallata, a pochi chilometri da Madonnuzza, frazione di Petralia Soprana e a meno di un chilometro dal bivio per Geraci Siculo.
La struttura è prospiciente la strada Statale 120, nota anche perché sede dell’antica corsa automobilistica Targa Florio, e chiamata anche strada dei Quattro Parchi, dato che essa lambisce o passa attraverso i parchi più importanti della Sicilia settentrionale.
A circondare e sovrastare il complesso vi è grande terreno di circa 4,5 ettari, parte incolto e parte coltivato a vigneto.
L’insediamento è nato come Caseificio con annessi servizi ed uffici.
In seguito si è avviata una procedura per cambio di destinazione d’uso a sala polifunzionale e sono stati fatti dei lavori di ristrutturazione, come la sostituzione delle vecchie coperture, il rifacimento dei massetti, la predisposizione degli impianti elettrici, oltre alla creazione di un doppio ingresso dalla statale, la sistemazione dell’area esterna di circa 2500 mq, pavimentata con selciato in pietra locale e parte in catrame.

 It is a building complex in Contrada Ogliaro Agro, in the heart of the Alte Madonie, overlooking the valley, a few kilometers from Madonnuzza, a hamlet of Petralia Soprana and less than a kilometer from the junction for Geraci Siculo.
The structure faces the State Highway 120, also known as the site of the ancient Targa Florio car race, and also called the Four Parks road, since it laps or passes through the most important parks in northern Sicily.
To surround and overlook the complex there is a large land of about 4.5 hectares, partly uncultivated and partly cultivated with vineyards.
The settlement was born as a Dairy with annexed services and offices.
Subsequently, a procedure was started to change the intended use of the multipurpose room and renovations were carried out, such as replacing the old roofs, rebuilding the screeds, preparing the electrical systems, as well as creating a double entrance from the state, the arrangement of the external area of about 2500 square meters, paved with local stone paving and part in tar.
The property is fenced and protected.
It could be used for the construction of a large farmhouse with an adjoining accommodation facility or as a multipurpose venue for exhibitions, events, fairs of indigenous products or perhaps as a place of reference for the Madonite nightlife!
