★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08/2021. È stato l'asilo di Filandari, il primo che io ricordi, anche se credo che non sia stato il primo in assoluto. È molto triste vederlo in queste condizioni, primo per i ricordi che si abbattono di fronte a questa realtà, e poi razionalmente parlando, per lo spreco e per l'indegno e indecoroso modo di utilizzo delle pubbliche risorse. Mi sembra costruito nel 1963 dall'allora Cassa per il Mezzogiorno, istituto per la promozione e lo sviluppo del Sud, che pur con tutte le sue lacune e distorsioni è stato lo strumento più importante in questo secolo e mezzo di Unità d'Italia per appianare le differenze tra nord e sud. RIMPIANGERE LA CASSA PER IL MEZZOGIORNO, non ci avrei mai creduto, ma con queste amministrazioni territoriali degli ultimi 30-40anni......
