abbiamo acquistato diverse volte, con tempi di consegna un po lunghi ma fa niente. Tre settimane per errore abbiamo fatto un doppio acquisto e chiesto di sostituire il prodotto ancora imballato . Non serviva essere rimborsati, ci bastava un buono, lasciando anche le spese di trasporto a nostro carico.
Invece NO, con risposta da burocrati ci Γ¨ stato detto che essendo passati piΓΉ di 14 giorni dalla data di acquisto (non da quella di consegna ) non ci si poteva avvalere del diritto di recesso. Una risposta magari anche corretta dl punto di vista legale ma pessima dal punti di vista commerciale. fornitore cancellato.
TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN
we have purchased several times, with rather long delivery times but it does nothing. Three weeks by mistake we made a double purchase and asked to replace the still packed product. We did not need to be reimbursed, we only needed a voucher, leaving also the transport costs at our expense.
Instead NO, with a reply from bureaucrats we were told that since more than 14 days have passed from the date of purchase (not from the date of delivery) the right of withdrawal could not be used. An answer maybe even correct from a legal point of view but bad from a commercial point of view. supplier canceled.
